How Kazakhstan taxes crypto
Kazakhstan subjects capital gains, including gains on crypto disposals, to individual income tax at 15%. Mining is separately regulated and carries its own electricity levy, charged per kilowatt hour, which is independent of any tax on disposal gains.
The same rate applies however long you held.
